Mass Flow Tester CETATEST 610
Typical applications for mass flow testers are leak tests of products with large volumes and small leak rates. CETA presents the newly developed mass flow tester CETATEST 610 during the exhibition MOTEK 2005 (27.09. - 30.09.2005) in Sinsheim, Germany.
The measuring principle is based on the calorimetric measurement of the mass flow caused by a leak. Compressed air is used as test medium. The mass flow is displayed in Norm-ml/min. The CETATEST 610 is available with 2 test pressure ranges (1 bar, 10 bar). Test and stabilization pressure are monitored by a fast A/D converter, which is able to evaluate 50 measured values per second. Mass flows up to 50 Nml/min (minimum resolution up to 0,01 Nml/min) can be measured. A bypass can be implemented to extend the measuring range.
