The service department of CETA Testsysteme GmbH performs maintenances, calibrations and repairs.

CETA offers the following services:

• Maintenance, calibrations, alterations and repairs
• Maintenance and calibrations are offered inhouse and at the customer’s locations at home and abroad (with prearrangement and agreement of the date)
• Maintenance reminder (11 months after first delivery or last maintenance)
• Maintenance contracts with promise of specific periods
• Documentation of the test device history and the actual status of all test devices delivered by CETA
• Training courses for troubleshooting in test devices and applications

More than 90% of announced maintenances and calibration services are normally performed within one working day.
