Laminar flow elements (LFE) are used for the flow

Laminar Flow Elements measurement of gaseous media. Due to the special design of the LFE a laminar flow is generated. The characteristic feature of the laminar flow is that the pressure decrease is poportional to the volume flow. Depending on the application the appropriate LFE is selected and is build into the flow tester CETA 915. A differential pressure transducer measures the pressure decrease caused by the volume flow. The measured pressure decrease is converted to the volume flow, which is displayed by the flow tester.

Available flow rates*1) 55 - 2.300 ml/h, 150 - 7.000 ml/h, 12 - 500 ml/min, 26 - 900 ml/min
