Mass Flow Tester CETATEST 625

The CETATEST 625 mass flow tester is used for quality assurance in the production process. The testing method is based on the measurement of the mass flow rate according to the calorimetric (thermal) principle.
Depending on the technical design (measuring range of the mass flow sensor), the CETATEST 625 can be used for leak testing large-volume products with small leak rates or for measuring larger mass flow rates (up to 60 Nl/min).
The integrated 7-inch touch screen with intuitive, user interface provides a wide range of information (e.g. measurement curve display, histograms).

The test device can be operated via touch screen and a dual jog dial. Separate start/stop buttons ensure operating safety even in harsh industrial environments.

Remark
All leak and flow testers as well as pressure manometers and calibration standards (test leaks, master jets) are supplied with DAkkS-accredited and internationally recognized calibration certificate (compliant with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) as standard and at no extra charge on initial delivery. (*)

This calibration also meets the requirements of the international IATF 16949 standard used in the automotive industry.

(*) Prerequisite: The pressure and flow ranges are within the accredited scope of services of the DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory of CETA Testsysteme GmbH.
