Leak Tester CETATEST 725

The CETATEST 725 is a full automatically working leak tester for the detection of untight parts within the cycle time of the production process. The leak tester uses a gauge pressure sensor and has a large measurement range.

The integrated 7-inch touch-screen with an intuitive operable graphical user interface makes it possible to display a wide range of information (e.g. measurement curves, histograms). Operation is possible both via the touch-screen and via dual-jog dial. Separate start / stop buttons ensure operating safety even in harsh industrial environments.

The memory stores more than 1 million measurement results and 256 test programs.

Sensor type Gauge pressure sensor
Pressure ranges -1 bar, 200 mbar, 1 bar, 6 bar, 10 bar, negative gauge pressure and positive gauge pressure ranges can be combined (e.g. -1 bar/+1 bar, +1 bar/+6 bar), other pressure ranges on request
Measurement range Max. +/-10,000 Pa, depending on the pressure range (resolution: 1 Pa), other ranges on request
Result units Pa, hPa, PSI, Pa/s, hPa/s, PSI/s, mbar*l/s, ml/min, ml/h, l/min, l/h, mmHg, mmWs, Torr
Pressure regulator Electronical
Test mode Pressure decay test
Test modes optional Sealed component, dynamic pressure, pressure steps
Interfaces I/O interface for start/stop/reset, program selection, device status, system errors, test results (pass/fail), RS232, USB (host), Ethernet and optional interfaces allow additional functions like parameterisation, measurement results, detailed information in real time (e.g. measurement curve), failure messages. Optional interfaces: Profibus DP, Profinet, EtherCAT or USB (Slave)
The CETATEST 725 is fully interface compatible with the CETATEST 715 and well prepared for Industry 4.0 requirements
Dimensions W x H x D: 367 mm x 183 mm (4 U) x 435 mm
Typical applications Sanitary armatures, plastic weldings, ball valves

Remark
All leak and flow testers as well as pressure manometers and calibration standards (test leaks, master jets) are supplied with DAkkS-accredited and internationally recognized calibration certificate (compliant with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) as standard and at no extra charge on initial delivery. (*)

This calibration also meets the requirements of the international IATF 16949 standard used in the automotive industry.

(*) Prerequisite: The pressure and flow ranges are within the accredited scope of services of the DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory of CETA Testsysteme GmbH.
