Leak Tester CETATEST 820

The CETATEST 820 is a high-quality and cost-effective differential pressure test device for leak testing of directly fillable products using compressed air.

The differential pressure method is based on the comparison of the pressures in the test part volume with the pressure in a leak-tight reference volume. This test method is used for reliable detection of small pressure losses and low leakage rates.

The CETATEST 820 can be used in automated production processes for leak testing within the cycle time of the production line. It is operated via the 7-inch touch screen with intuitive user interface. Separate start/stop buttons ensure operating safety even in harsh industrial environments. The memory stores 100,000 measurement results and 64 test programs.

Remark
All leak and flow testers as well as pressure manometers and calibration standards (test leaks, master jets) are supplied with DAkkS-accredited and internationally recognized calibration certificate (compliant with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) as standard and at no extra charge on initial delivery. (*)

This calibration also meets the requirements of the international IATF 16949 standard used in the automotive industry.

(*) Prerequisite: The pressure and flow ranges are within the accredited scope of services of the DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory of CETA Testsysteme GmbH.
