Hydrogen Leak Tester down to 10-6 mbar*l/s

CETA Testsysteme GmbH offers now leak testers, which are able to detect leak rates down to 10- 6 mbar*l/s. This leak tester allows wide application possibilities not only in the gas-based testing of moldings and components, but especially in the leak test of gas-filled or liquid-filled product packaging and molded components and parts.

Measuring method The measuring method is based on the detection of gases or vapors evaporating from a test part or a packaging in case of a leckage. The test medium escaping from a leak in the test part is accumulated in a closed test chamber (accumulation). The gas volume from the chamber passes the sensor and the resulting signal is measured (injection)

Detectable gases All reducible and oxidizable gases. Typical test gases and vapors: forming gas 95/5 (95% Nitrogen and 5% Hydrogen), alcohols, solvents and other volatile organic gas- and vapor mixtures.
