Leak Tester CETATEST LV
The leak tester CETATEST LV (Large Volume) can be used for leak testing for directly fillable products with compressed air as the test medium. The leak tester is equipped with a gauge pressure sensor and has a wide measuring range. The test method is based on measuring the pressure change in the test part volume due to a leakage.
The CETATEST LV is suitable for integral leak testing of large-volume products (up to 1000 l volume). The turbo filling function enables rapid filling of the product. The dynamic filling phase ends automatically when the test pressure is reached. This is followed by the stabilisation and measurement phase.
The leak tester is operated via the 7-inch touch screen with intuitive user interface. Separate start/stop buttons ensure operating safety even in harsh industrial environments. The memory stores 100,000 measurement results and 64 test programs.
The test device is equipped as standard with an FDA-compliant main valve system, an electrically controlled control valve, and various communication interfaces.

Remark
All leak, mass flow and flow testers as well as pressure manometers and calibration standards (test leaks, master jets) are supplied with DAkkS-accredited and internationally recognized calibration certificate (compliant with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) as standard and at no extra charge on initial delivery.
Prerequisite: The pressure and flow ranges are within the accredited scope of services of the DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory of CETA Testsysteme GmbH.
